Day 4 – Back exercises

It’s important to work out every area of your face every day, don’t forget to do back and neck exercises as well. The back exercises shown in the video should be done for at least 2 minutes, over time you can raise the exercise to 5 minutes.

Think of all your time spent with facial yoga as an investment that will pay off in your beauty. I will show you a lot of exercises during the course, always copy them exactly and deal with your face every day! It’s important to work on every area of your face every day, which means looking back at the previous day’s videos and practicing the gestures you’ve learned. Don’t just do what’s in that video, please!
