Day 16 – The chin and forehead area

The change is slow with the technique of facial yoga, but I’m sure you’ll already feel how much the structure, color, and surface of your facial skin has changed in that amount of time. If the movements become part of everyday life, the results will be wonderful.

Keep it up! However, I would like to emphasize again that it is worth moving all areas of our face each day for a faster effect.
